Play by Sephora - January 2017 Box

So today I received by Sephora Box for January 2017 and first thing I will say is OMG the little bag that the goodies come in is by far the best one (next to the December Bag). Ok maybe I'll rate it number 2 and put December as number 1. It is a mesh bag in the back and the material in the front is like a gym ag. SUPER CUTE!!!! I will definitely be taking this to the gym with me to put my personal items in. Totally obsessing over this little bag if you can't tell.

The bag came with 5 items and 1 perfume sample. So let's break this down by Items: 1) The beautiful item I pulled out was the perfume sample. This month I received the Tory Burch Love Relentlessly perfume. The packaging is very sophisticated and pretty. It is a baby pink with gold trims that outline the double T. The perfume is described as unabashedly feminine and tender, this delicate scent features notes of pink pepper and patchouli.

2) Tarte's FRXXXTION Stick. I is described as an exfoliating gel cleanser in a unique twist up sick format transforms from a solid gel to a cleansing lather that gently sloughs away impurities. One of the helpful tips the pamphlet gives is to wear this as a mask for 10 minutes.

3) Farmacy's Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask. I am a sucker for mask so this made my day. It is described as a honey-based warming gel mask that transforms into a decadent cream while evening skin tone, hydrating and brightening. All the things I look for in a mask. SUPER EXCITED for this one. I have hear great things about Farmacy as well.

4) The next item in the bag is the Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey. It is described as a sheer lip color with a glossy finish in the bestselling, cult-classic Black Honey Shade. It is suggested that it be layered with your favorite lip liner or lipstick to extend the staying power.

5) This item was a surprise to me. I tis the Amore Pacific Color Control Cushion Compact Broad Spectrum with SPF 50+. It described as a cushion format CC cream that hydrates, protects skin, and delivers buildable, weightless coverage in two bendable shades. I have yet to try this but it will be interesting to see if these shades are even close to my skin color. There are suggestions if these colors are too light or two dark such as contouring or to bright up the under eye area Nice to know they thought of alternative scenarios to give to people in case they cannot use it as a CC Cream.

6) OUAI is in the BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hello there Jen Atkins. It is the Treatment Masque. It is described as a restorative mask to help care for damaged hair and leaves strands feeling smooth and touch ably soft. I will be trying this at my next hair salon appt.
