The Navan Skin Care TrueClear Skin Clarifying Supplement Capsules. I found them on IG and everyone was stating they were a miracle. So I had to give it a try.

So I don't know if you have heard of Navan Skin Care. I came across it on Instagram while looking at skin care solutions. I have always had an acne problem since high school or younger.... feels like I have always had it. Well lately I have been having cystic acne and my most troubled areas have been my chin and lower cheek, Around my chin I have a lot of redness and acne and around my cheek its mostly cystic acne and mild redness. I came across a girl on IG that swore these pills helped her in a matter of weeks. I knew going in that mine would not have such a drastic effect right away because I have had these issues for so long with no chance no matter what I did.

The site was having a sale so I went ahead and bought it. I purchased the pills on Thursday and got them on Monday. It was fairly quick but I do live in California so that was the reason it arrived so fast. They shipped out of Phoenix, Arizona. The amazing part of this....well amazing to me at least is they usually send 10%-15% off and there is FREE SHIPPING!!!!!! 😍😍😍 So the instructions say to take 3 pills a day. If you want to break it up during the day or take them all at once its up to you. I chose to take them all at once and at night after my dinner so that my stomach was full. I do not think it needs to be on a full stomach but I tend to take any pills on full stomach so I don't have any reactions. Rather prevent than have an issue.

Has it worked?

So I am on week 3 right now and have noticed some changes again nothing drastic but a change none the less. The bottle does say that you may have to take the full bottle which is equivalent to 4 weeks before you notice change and you may even need to give it more weeks maybe around 6-8 weeks to notice change. It will depend on how bad your acne is. I plan to give it a minimum of 2 months which would be equivalent to 8 weeks before I call it quits or drink this for life. So far I have nothing bad to say about it however it has not cleared all the way but I do know that I have not given it enough time to clear fully if it will in fact do that.

So here I will leave you with my week 1 (on the left) and week 2 (on the right) results. You can see for yourself if you notice a change or not. I personally do notice a change again nothing drastic but a change. I will update this post at the 4 week mark. Again I will give it 8 weeks so I will post in between the 4-8 weeks as well as a final review at my 8 week mark. Will update you angels soon.
